Question 1.What are the differences between sewn inflatable items and sealed items?

Answer:Inflatable sewn items  need constant blowing.The Sealed items is processed by heat welding technology and only need one time blow up.Usually sewn items are lower costs than Sealed items.

 

Question 2.Can I have custom design with personal company logo or wording?

Answer:For all our inflatables, the customerized logo and wording is available.And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.

 

Question 3.What kind of payment do you accept?

Answer:We prefer T/T or West Union.

 

Question 4.How long will it take to produce?

Answer:It all depends, large quantity will need more time.We will get start with the design once received the deposit.After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production.Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order)

 

Question 5.How long will it take for the delivery?

Answer:By express and air will take about 4-7 days, while by sea will takes about 25~35 days.

 

 

Question 6.Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?

Answer:Yes, each item is equiped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system in your country) and repair kits.

 

Question 7.Can I check the quality before delivery?

Answer:Yes, once the production finished, we will send you the pictures to check.Welcome you visit our factory to check the quality..

4) We have make anchor in the bottom and D ring on the roof for light hanging inside, and install LED with the tent, there are 16 colors can be changed by using controller. The tent can resist 41.2m/s wind after fasten the tent.

5) we have design ventilation holes on the tent, so air condition duct can be pass through the tent, no matter in cold or hot weather, people can have a comfortable temperature in side the tent,
