Q3:What about size and color? Can you print my picture or logo on the products?
A3:The size of the color can be chanaged according to your requirements. We can print your pictures or logos on the products, please offer the picture in AI OR PDF OR EPS files.
Q4:I want a sample? Can you provide to us free?
A4:Because the sample is too big to send and it will cost us a large sum of money, we do not supply free samples. But we can supply sample material or you can place trial order to see our quality before final decision.
Q5:What's the shipping way we can choose?
A5:For 2KG<300KG ,we advice using express delivery.For >300KG, we advice shipping by air freight. If you want save some money, you can also contact us for sea shipping, it's much economical for large inflatable items, but takes very long time before receiving the goods, and client need to do the import custom declaration by themselves.Normally sea shipping time is 15-30 days or more, mainly depends on the vessel shipping line's shedule.
