- The lifespan depends on maintenance and usage. If used correctly, we provide a 3-year warranty. Minor damages caused by carelessness can be repaired using the included material and accessories.
- What's the material of your inflatables tent?
- The material used for the inflatable tent can be PVC tarpaulin or Nylon, and we can use different materials for production based on client requirements.
- What's the shipping way we can choose?
- Shipment can be arranged by sea or by air. Air shipping is faster (5-7 days) but more expensive. Sea shipping is more economical for large items (15-30 days or more) but requires the client to handle import customs declaration.
- How about the package?
- Inflatable games are packed in carpet first, then placed in a tarpaulin bag to prevent damage during delivery. A mark paper with the order number is pasted on the package for easy identification.
